ENRSUR is an insurance brokerage firm designed to address the unique needs and challenges of renewable energy professionals. It’s also the first mover in its sector, providing a simple and transparent digitized service where every routine task is guided by one of the team’s experts.
For the launch of this new company in 2022, the managing partners wanted to build a clear and unique brand positioning strategy and implement it seamlessly across their core customer touchpoints.
We defined a strategy that positioned ENRSUR and its team as both experts and reliable service providers who cut through complexity. Their offering frees customers from tedious tasks and allows them to focus on what matters most.
We also looked beyond the functional aspects of its offering to identify the unique emotional benefits it can bring to its clients. We dove deep into the psychographics of its ideal customers as well as the vision that the founders of ENRSUR had for their brand. This convinced us to center the messaging and visual identity around the spirit of an explorer. In a business sector usually perceived as opaque and rigid, it made a real difference – a curious, dynamic, human-centric brand that evokes a quest for freedom and new ways of doing.
Next, we infused these elements into everything that creates ENRSUR’s brand experience, including its website, social media, and other sales tools.
